In 1965, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, GBMC, was founded by the merging of the Women’s Hospital of Maryland and the Presbyterian Eye Hospital. With that came the residency training program from Women’s Hospital. This training program continued until 2002 and had a long tradition of training OBGYNs in the State of Maryland. Doctors Ginny Merryman and Dominique Allen are a product of that training program, which was at the forefront of minimally invasive surgery and a long transition of exceptional obstetrical care.
GBMC is our home. We are dedicated to all aspects of the healthcare of women.
Looking to the future and establishing a path to continue to provide care to future generations, we have added new providers, Amanda Nossel, CRNP and Dr Mandy Mahle.
