Brain Fog, Mental Health, and Sleep, Help!

Brain fog and forgetfulness happens in midlife and beyond for various reasons. Symptoms of anxiety and depression can also increase during this time. Sleep disturbance increases in midlife and the exhaustion can negatively impact your day- to-day life. Environmental and biological factors can play a big role in all 3. Call us to schedule an in-person or virtual appointment so we can talk to you about your individual situation.

Brain Changes

Brain Fog is real, we know some women experience changes in their cognitive abilities during their midlife and after. This is typically a multifactorial symptom that deserves a conversation with a provider. The Menopause Society has a wonderful guide to help you shape your conversation.
